Our ductless mini split air conditioner systems are shipped usually within one to two business days of cleared payment received by noon. We operate three strategically located warehouses - in Florida, Texas, and California - to ensure faster delivery across the United States. Your order will be automatically shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. Shipping normally takes 1 to 6 business days depending on your location and proximity to our nearest warehouse.

  • California - Serving West Coast & Mountain regions

All of our units are sent out shrink wrapped, palletized and shipped to your home or business via LTL freight delivery to ensure safe arrival and handling of your ductless AC mini split.

*The carrier will not ship without your phone number to schedule delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct in your contact information! The carriers charge storage fees if the delivery cannot be setup.

**Please note, if the order has to be brought back due to the carrier not being able to reach you, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT BY CARRIER:

If you believe that the carrier has lost your package (or a part of the shipment), please contact us immediately. We will file a claim so that the carrier can initiate a physical search at their facility. If it is more than two business days past the scheduled ETA, we will make arrangements to have replacement sent out with a different carrier.

DELIVERY:

CHECK YOUR INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, UPDATED EMAIL AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER with your order. Someone must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. Delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If your phone number is not valid, the cargo can not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery is refused or can not be delivered, it will be handled as returned merchandise.

Your purchase will be insured with the freight company without any additional cost to you. Please take the extra time to inspect your shipment completely when it arrives and make note of any damaged or missing items on the Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt BEFORE the driver leaves! Document everything, regardless of how large or small it may seem.

Upon arrival, count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and inspect the goods carefully for any damages. All products have been inspected under strict regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damages to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim.

All concealed damage claims should be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If there is damage or a missing item and you sign on delivery without any comments on the Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt, no replacement, return, or refund will be provided.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return your mini split, you must (1) call us to obtain a return authorization number, and (2) return your product within 30 days of receipt.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label.

Used products or products that have been installed are not eligible for return. Opened box returns must be in sellable condition with original materials & packaging.

We can process exchanges or refunds for unused products purchased directly from HVACMART. Unused products must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returns associated with our "Free Shipping" offer will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, up to 100% depending on the condition of the item(s). To organize a return, contact our customer service team.


Our primary goal is to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied when working with us. However, if for some reason you decide to return your product, we will be more than happy to assist you.

All returns associated with our "Free Shipping" offer will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Unused products must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date and within 14 days of return authorization.

Please be kindly informed that we can not accept partial returns or swap components after the order was shipped. We are able to accept ONLY a complete order, the same way it was shipped, no exceptions.

To organize a return, contact our customer service team. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label.

Before you set up a return, please make sure of the following:

    1. 1. The item you are returning is within 30 calendar days of delivery date.
    2. 2. All returned merchandise must be in sellable condition;
    3. 3. The product must be free of damages, scratches and/or defects;
    4. 4. All merchandise must not have been installed;
    5. 5. You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials);
    6. 6. All free or gift items, including accessories, must be included with your return;
    7. 7. There cannot be any writing or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging for the item;
    8. 8. All freight shipped orders must be returned via a freight carrier (If you are unsure via which method your products should be returned, please contact us)

*We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. You must contact us to file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. We recommend that you keep your tracking number after shipping your product.

Returns for Unused Products:

We can process exchanges or refunds for unused products purchased directly from HVACMART. Unused products must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date and within 14 days of return authorization. Returns shipped after 14 day authorization period are not subject to refund.

Returns for Opened/Used/Installed Products:

Used products or products that have been installed are not eligible for return. Opened box returns must be in sellable condition with original materials & packaging. Extra restocking fee will apply depending on the condition of the received return.

Fulfillment Errors:

If you are returning a product because we sent incorrect items in your order, we will promptly send the correct item at no additional cost. We will schedule and pay for return shipping. Before you send a return, we must be notified of return request within 30 days of your order delivery.

Returns for Units Defective from Factory:

Please be reminded, as per legal and product description, a licensed HVAC technician is required to perform the installation. If the purchased item does not work directly from the box, please note that once the unit has been installed, the manufacturer is responsible for the warranty and parts.

You may contact the manufacturer directly so they could troubleshoot the problem with your technician and assist you better. If your order was confirmed by the manufacturer to be defective from the factory, we will cover the return shipping and provide you with a full refund.

We will kindly ask you to provide a report from the technician confirming the original installation, your case number with the manufacturer, and the discovered factory defect. The report should clearly show the name, address, phone, and HVAC license number of the technician. Returned systems should be palletized and strapped down with all original packaging like how it was delivered to you. The item(s) should be returned only with a freight carrier as there is a high chance of damage if shipped with ground services.
