This system pairs the MRCOOL outdoor unit with a gas furnace delivering 80% AFUE with 80,000 BTU (6.66 Ton) heating. Dual-fuel capable: in milder cold the heat pump provides efficient electric heat, and during extreme cold the system can switch to gas furnace backup heat for dependable comfort.
