How does the System Builder work?
Select your brand and refrigerant type, then choose the number of zones (rooms). Pick an indoor head unit for each zone, match it with an outdoor condenser, and optionally add line-set kits. The builder guides you through every step.
Can I mix BTU sizes across zones?
Yes. Each zone can have a different BTU-rated indoor unit to match the size of each room. The outdoor condenser should be sized to match or slightly exceed the total combined BTU load.
What is the bulk discount?
Orders with $5,000+ in full-price items automatically qualify for a bulk discount (5–15% depending on order size). Sale items are excluded. The discount is applied at checkout via a promo code shown on the review screen.
What are line-set kits?
Line-set kits include the copper refrigerant lines, drain hose, and wiring needed to connect your indoor and outdoor units. Choose the length that matches the distance between the two units for each zone.
Do I need a professional installer?
Mini-split installation requires recovering refrigerant and working with high-voltage electricity. We strongly recommend hiring a certified HVAC technician. Our units are DIY-friendly for the physical mounting, but a certified tech must perform the refrigerant charge.
