Olivia Midnight Series Description
The Cooper & Hunter Olivia Midnight Hyper Heat 12,000 BTU (1 Ton) wall mount mini split is a single-zone ductless air conditioner and heat pump on next-generation R454B refrigerant. This is the Olivia Midnight Edition with a jet-black casing — the same engineering as the classic Olivia. The slim wall-mounted air handler suits bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, additions, and garages. With a 24.0 SEER2 inverter system on 208/230V, it cools and heats spaces up to approximately 550 sq ft and keeps heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -22°F. Wi-Fi control is built in.
