The Cooper & Hunter 36,000 BTU (3 Ton) single-zone Light Commercial slim duct mini split is a concealed-duct air conditioner and heat pump running on next-generation R454B refrigerant. The low-profile ducted air handler hides above a ceiling or in a soffit and distributes air through short duct runs — central-air comfort with mini-split efficiency ( 18.7 SEER2, 208/230V). Heating operation continues down to −13°F outdoor ambient.
