The Cooper & Hunter Olivia 36,000 BTU (3 Ton) wall mount mini split is a single-zone ductless air conditioner and heat pump on next-generation R454B refrigerant. It is the value-priced model in the Olivia lineup, delivering large-space capacity at an accessible price. The slim wall-mounted air handler suits bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, additions, and garages. With a 19.5 SEER2 inverter system on 208/230V, it cools and heats spaces up to approximately 2,200 sq ft and keeps heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -13°F. Wi-Fi control is built in.
