Olivia Series Description

The Cooper & Hunter Olivia 12,000 BTU (1 Ton) wall mount mini split is a single-zone ductless air conditioner and heat pump on next-generation R454B refrigerant. The slim wall-mounted air handler suits bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, additions, and garages. With a 23.2 SEER2 inverter system on 115V, it cools and heats spaces up to approximately 550 sq ft and keeps heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -13°F. Wi-Fi control is built in.
