The Cooper & Hunter Olivia Hyper Heat 18,000 BTU (1.5 Ton) wall mount mini split is a single-zone ductless air conditioner and heat pump on next-generation R454B refrigerant. The slim wall-mounted air handler suits bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, additions, and garages. With a 21.7 SEER2 inverter system on 208/230V, it cools and heats spaces up to approximately 1,000 sq ft and keeps heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -22°F. Wi-Fi control is built in.
