The Cooper & Hunter Olivia 4-Zone Mini Split System features four wall-mounted zones, each with 6,000 BTU capacity, and an outdoor unit rated for 28,000 nominal BTU with a minimum heating ambient of -13°F. It includes built-in Wi-Fi control, operates with R454B refrigerant, and achieves a SEER2 efficiency rating of 25.
