The Cooper & Hunter Olivia 5-Zone Mini Split System features five wall-mounted zones with capacities of 6,000 BTU, 6,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, and 24,000 BTU, offering versatile cooling and heating for multiple areas. It includes an outdoor unit (CH-R48MES-230VO) with a nominal capacity of 48,000 BTU, a SEER2 rating of 24, R454B refrigerant, and built-in Wi-Fi control for convenient temperature management, even in low-temperature environments down to -13°F.
