The Cooper & Hunter Olivia 4-Zone Mini Split System features four wall-mounted zones, each with 12,000 BTU capacity, and delivers energy efficiency with a SEER2 rating of 24. It uses R454B refrigerant, includes built-in Wi-Fi control, and the outdoor unit supports heating down to -13°F with a nominal capacity of 36,000 BTU.
