The Cooper & Hunter Hyper Heat 36,000 BTU (3 Ton) single-zone Light Commercial slim duct mini split is a concealed-duct air conditioner and heat pump built for cold climates: full heating operation down to −22°F outdoor ambient on next-generation R454B refrigerant. The low-profile ducted air handler hides above a ceiling or in a soffit — central-air comfort with 17.7 SEER2 inverter efficiency (208/230V). Energy Star Cold Climate certified.
