The OLMO 12,000 BTU PTAC is a packaged terminal air conditioner — the self-contained, hotel-style unit that mounts through the wall in a standard 42-inch PTAC sleeve. It cools and adds electric heat-strip heating for a single room, with no outdoor condenser or line sets. Runs on 208-230V-1Ph-60Hz R32 refrigerant, with a remote and built-in Wi-Fi.
